The advantages of Tomato


       Tomatoes are the easiest plants encountered. It contain vitamin C and A, also can medicate the various disease. It is also admitted by the doctor of nutrition, Dr. Leane Suniar Manurung, MSc. There are many advantages of tomato is very good for consumed anyone from an early age.
There are the advantages of tomatoes:

  1. Overcoming acne.
There are so many anti-acne medicine that use natural ingredients, one of which is with tomato. The good tomato is red, because the content of vitamin A and C, in addition the red color in tomatoes contain Lycopene, an antioxidant substance that can destroy free radicals in our body.

  1. Reduce the risk of cancer.
The study published in the journal of the  National  Cancer Institute confirm that consumption of tomatoes in sufficient quantities can lower cancer risk, although not all types of cancer. From 72 studies conducted, 57 states have relevance tomato consumption with a reduced risk of cancer, according to Dr. Edward Giovannuci of Harvard Medical School.

  1. Prevent blood clotting
Other researchers from the Rowett Research Institute in Abberden Scotland, found the yellow gel surrounds the tomato seeds to prevent clotting and blood clots cause strokes and heart disease.

 You should be consume the tomato from an early age. Because there are many advantages of tomato.
